Our process is organized into four steps and is incredibly high touch, ensuring you receive all of the information needed to make an informed decision about your future. Most of our steps can be executed online or via phone, giving you the most flexibility to accommodate your schedule and timeline.
Here’s what you can expect from our process:
- Get in Touch:
After completing your initial interest form, you will have your first call with our franchise development team to learn more about the Pool Scouts franchise opportunity. Expect this conversation to generally focus on your personal and professional background, as well as the market you’re interested in purchasing.
- Explore the Business:
Throughout this step you will be exposed to all parts of the business via webinars and additional conversations with our team. From operations to marketing, you will receive a strong understanding of the Pool Scouts business model.
- FDD Review:
Next up is reviewing the franchise disclosure document (FDD) with our franchise development team. During this FDD review, you’ll be able to ask any questions that may have arisen during the discovery process. Your franchise development representative will make sure you fully understand what it means to be a Pool Scouts franchisee.
- Meet the Team:
Attend Meet the Team Day at our office in Virginia Beach, VA! This special day is an invitation to tour the space and meet with key members of the Pool Scouts support team, helping you to better craft your view of the business and the franchise opportunity.
- Franchise Awarded:
You did it! Upon mutual approval, territory selections and fees submitted, you will earn your own badge and become an official member of the Pool Scouts family.
