The short answer? No! Pool Scouts offers comprehensive training when you become a franchisee. The initial training program covers both the business side as well as the technical side of operating a Pool Scouts franchise. Training continues on an ongoing basis throughout your time as a Pool Scouts business owner. Our team of professionals guides you through constant communication, coaching and training.

The Pool Scouts season varies with geography, and we have franchisees operating in both seasonal and nonseasonal markets. In nonseasonal markets our franchisees operate through most months of the year (though some at a lower service volume), while in seasonal markets services typically run from early spring to around the late fall timeframe. There are perks of both models, and we are happy to help you understand the differences and what to expect for your geography.
