Just three years ago, Pool Scouts opened its doors and launched the brand to the franchising industry. Since then we have grown operations across 9 states and 44 territories!
From the start, the goal was to build a pool service franchise that stood out in the crowd of so many small, unremarkable businesses in the industry. How were we going to do that? Through high customer service standards, a commitment to technology and strong, bold marketing. We hit the ground running and never looked back.
While you might suspect southern markets with pools at every household to be ideal areas for the pool business, we’re seeing that mid-Atlantic and northern markets prove to be strong business models as well with opening and closing services to drive revenue. Pool Scouts of the Greater Triangle Area in the Raleigh/Durham, NC area is now entering its third year in the market and boasting a multi-van fleet to accommodate the growing customer base.
This leads us to Charlotte. Touted as one of the top 5 cities to start a business*, we’re looking for the right franchisees to launch Pool Scouts in this market. The city of Charlotte has positioned itself as an ideal place to start a business thanks to its population and growth.
Charlotte Area News reports, “Charlotte is home to more than 859,000 residents, and over the last few years has truly established itself as a desirable destination for many companies looking to grow. In fact, a recent report from GoBankingRates ranked Charlotte as the fourth best place to start a business (out of 20 total cities). This puts Charlotte in the company of Portland, OR, Miami, FL, Austin, TX and San Antonio, TX to round out the top 5.”
Joining a number of top franchise companies at the event, Pool Scouts will be hosting a booth at The Great American Franchise Expo on April 13-14, 2019. The expo is free to attend and offers potential business owners the opportunity to learn more about franchising and franchise law, provides insight into financing options for getting started, houses hundreds of concepts for attendees to explore, and lastly, creates an environment for networking with franchise experts. What more could you want?
Pool Scouts President Michael Wagner, along with Director of Franchise Development Timothy Holadia, will be on-site and eager to talk with interested parties. The Pool Scouts franchise model focuses on a recurring revenue model that is built on a foundation of high customer service standards. Come see us at booth 115 and hear more about the Pool Scouts opportunity.
